Are there any categories in returnable products?
No, we haven’t defined any categories in product return other than the merchandise products.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
What is the duration of return process?
Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Service, the product should be couriered back immediately. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. If any error is found, the replacement product is shipped immediately else the notification for re-shipment charges is sent to the customer.
Are there any costs related to the return policy?
The product should be sent to us for inspection. The shipping charge needs to be paid by the buyer. If found faulty, the re-shipping charges are not charged from the buyer, but error was not found, the buyer has to pay for re-shipping as well.
Under which conditions, the buyer is liable for the return policy?

Some Do’s and Don’ts
Items must be unused and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer’s Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories and with tags attached (if applicable).
All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
If we found that the Product is Faulty (Not Working/Damage) then the Customer has to Inform us within 5 days for the same. After the verification If we found that any Defect in our Product, will refund the Amount to Customer’s Bank Account/Via Cheque(in the name of Customer only)
Note:- The Duration of Refunding the Amount (via Bank transfer/Cheque) to Customer within 10-15 days after the Verification of the Product)
Cancellation Policy
Customer is only liable for the cancellation policy when the product is not provided from our side or Within 24 hours of Order Placement. After 24 Hours the Order will be considered as Operational. If order is operational then , at first the customer has to apply for return or exchange policy, if not properly served then they can apply for cancellation policy.
Amount to be returned in case of order cancellation?
The whole product price would be returned to the customer in form of store credit which could be used up in their next buy. The amount to be received will be exclusive of the taxation and the shipping charges (if any).
